The 107 building on Rue Servient was built in the 1980s and has been restructured to modernize it and offer contemporary uses.
The three main themes of the reinvention of La Part-Dieu district can be seen in this renovation. The project is inspired by the desire to rebuild this simple structure in a contemporary environmentally-friendly manner. A 596 m² active use ground floor was created to accommodate shops and completely redesign the building entrances. The roof area of the building was altered to create large glazed areas symbolising glasshouses, and echoing those in the Tête d’Or Park.
