Green Part-Dieu took on the challenge of restructuring a landmark and part of the district’s architectural heritage, with an extension and high-energy performance.
The Green Part-Dieu building is the result of redesigning a 1970s building to create a 5-storey BBC low energy building. HQE and Effinergie certified, the project is a model of how a heritage building can be improved. It combines the significant restructuring of 6,500 m² with a new 5,000 m² construction.
