A forerunner of HQE approach buildings in Lyon Part-Dieu, Equinox was completed in 2013.
Facing Nelson Mandela Park, the Equinox building offers 10,600 m² of offices and shops as an active use of the ground floor. Good performance in terms of operating costs and user well-being were key to the design of this 8-storey building. It has terraces, an inner street with greenery, footbridges, etc. Each level is designed to house spaces of high environmental value.
